Inspection of control line tubing

This week we finished the production of the control line tubing, and the order came from our old customer. We carry out strict factory and third party inspection on the products before shipment.The customer is very satisfied with our inspection results, and all the technical parameters and test results of the products fully meet the customer's requirements.

We are able to offer 1/4” OD Bared Control Line with material Austentic Steel 316L( UNS S31603) , Wall Thickness 0.049” and 13,000 psi Working pressure.

Our manufacture processes are portrait welded + seamless treatment on surface, and our products conform to the standards of ASTM A269 and related industrial standards. Length can also be customized according to customer requirements.
