Product Description

Austenitic Steel 316L Capillary Coiled Control Line 1 / 4 * 0.035 ASTM A269

 

 

We manufacture seam welded and redrawn, seam welded and floating plug redrawn and seamless tube products. The standard grades are 316L, alloy 825 and alloy 625. Other grades of stainless steel in duplex and superduplex and nickel alloy are available on request. Tubing can be supplied in the annealed or cold worked condition.

 

316/316L is the most commonly used austenitic stainless steel in the chemical process industry. The addition of molybdenum increases general corrosion resistance, improves chloride pitting resistance and strengthens the alloy in high temperature service. Through the controlled addition of nitrogen it is common for 316/316L to meet the mechanical properties of 316 straight grade, while maintaining a low carbon content.

 

 

 

1/4" Capillary coiled control line, mainly used for the control of downhole safety valve and gas release valve of cable packer in oil and gas wells. The 1/4" capillary coiled control tubeline is connected to the downhole safety valve and gas valve, and the on-off pressure of the oil and gas well downhole safety valve and the gas release valve through the cable packer are controlled by ground pressure. After the set pressure is reached, the oil and gas well is downhole. The safety valve and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are opened at the same time. At this time, the oil and gas well can be normally produced, and the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the gas release valve. Then, the pressure of the control tubeline is released, so that the downhole safety valve of the oil and gas well and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are closed at the same time, and the oil and gas well oil tubes and annulus circulation channels are all blocked, so that the safety of the oil well can be ensured. Of course, the 1/4” capillary coiled control line can also be used alone for the control of downhole safety valves.

 

It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
