Product Description
TIPTOP has more than 10 years of production and supply experience in coiled tubing & control lines.Our exquisite workmanship, mature technology, products in line with international standards, has been highly recognized by customers at home and abroad.Our raw materials have low sulfur and phosphorus content, uniform structure, high strength and corrosion resistance. Its chemical composition and mechanical properties all meet the standard.
We strictly control the purchase of raw materials, choose laser welding to minimize energy consumption and deformation. Our tube is one continuous length of tubing, completely free of any welded joints or seams. In the machining process we have layers of inspection to ensure the quality of the product. The inspection&test process generally includes dimensional inspection, non destructive evaluation(NDE) and hydrostatic test. Each coil is 100% hydrostatic tested. Eddy current testing (ET) is performed on the longitudinally seam welded tubing. Radiographic testing and ET are performed on material in the final heat treated condition. Yield pressure hydrostatic testing is performed on the heat treated tubing at final size.
1/4" Seamless Capillary control line, mainly used for the control of downhole ety valve and gas release valve of cable packer in oil and gas wells. The 1/4" hydraulic control tubeline is connected to the downhole ety valve and gas valve, and the on-off pressure of the oil and gas well downhole ety valve and the gas release valve through the cable packer are controlled by ground pressure. After the set pressure is reached, the oil and gas well is downhole. The ety valve and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are opened at the same time. At this time, the oil and gas well can be normally produced, and the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the gas release valve. Then, the pressure of the control tubeline is released, so that the downhole ety valve of the oil and gas well and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are closed at the same time, and the oil and gas well oil tubes and annulus circulation channels are all blocked, so that the ety of the oil well can be ensured. Of course, the 1/4" hydraulic control line can also be used alone for the control of downhole ety valves.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface ety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
We have two types of packing: wooden shaft and iron shaft, can choose according to order specifications and customer requirements.
