Product Description
625 nickel-chromium alloy, boasts its high strength, excellent fabricability and corrosion resistance. It can be used in the temperature range from low temperature to 980 °C (1800°F). Its strength comes from the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium on its nickel-chromium matrix.
Iconel 625 capillary tubes can be produced into straight, coiled, seamless, seam welded, cold redrawn and annealed.
It can be useful in wellhead components, sheathing, downhole equipment for corrosive/ sour service, reactor core, control rod components, gas pipeline, control lines, heat exchangers, oil refining, chemical processing, control and instrumentation tubes.
