Austenitic stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, good low temperature performance and excellent mechanical and processing performance. Therefore, it is widely used in chemical, petroleum, power, nuclear engineering, aerospace, marine, pharmaceutical, light industry, textile and other sectors. Its main purpose is to prevent corrosion and rust. Corrosion resistance of stainless steel mainly depends on the surface passivation film. If the film is incomplete or defective, stainless steel will still be corroded. Pickling and passivation are usually carried out in engineering to make the corrosion resistance potential of stainless steel more developed. Stainless steel surface cleaning, pickling and passivation, in addition to maximize corrosion resistance, but also to prevent product pollution and aesthetic effect.
304L stainless steel control line tubing is a very common stainless steel tubing. Its corrosion resistance is better than 201 and 202. Due to its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance and good processing performance, it is widely used in mechanical equipment, sanitary ware, fluid transport, chemical instruments, furniture decoration industry and food industry. Though the price of 304L is higher than that of 304 stainless steel, the carbon content of 304L is lower than 0.03%, which has good welding performance.
