316/316L is the most commonly used austenitic stainless steel in the chemical process industry. The addition of molybdenum increases general corrosion resistance, improves chloride pitting resistance and strengthens the alloy in high temperature service. Through the controlled addition of nitrogen it is common for 316/316L to meet the mechanical properties of 316 straight grade, while maintaining a low carbon content.

The temperature and pressure sensor (also known as a downhole permanent pressure gauge, generally a nitrogen cylinder) and the production string of the oil and gas well are run into the oil and gas layer several kilometers deep, and then the 1/8 “hydraulic control line (capillary) The temperature and pressure sensors are always connected to the surface of the fluorescent display, so that the downhole temperature and pressure can be transmitted to the surface through the capillary tube, and the instantaneous temperature and pressure at the downhole oil and gas layer can be read out through the fluorescent screen of the surface display, thereby realizing the downhole temperature and pressure,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of downhole temperature and pressure.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
