Duplex 2507 (UNS S32750) is a super duplex stainless steel designed for applications which require exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. 2507 is a 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel alloy resulting in excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion attack. The duplex structure provides 2507 with exceptional resistance to pitting and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
Usage of 2507 should be limited to applications below 600℉(316℃). Extended exposure to elevated temperatures can reduce its toughness and corrosion resistance.
Instructions for 3/8”Hydraulic control line
The 3/8“ hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemicals into oil and gas wells. That is, the 3/8” hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, and the descaling is performed through the 3/8“ hydraulic control line and the chemical injection valve. Chemical agent is injected from the surface into the oil tube at a certain depth down the well, which effectively removes the scaling of the oil tube and ensures the normal production of oil and gas fields.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
