316/316L is the most commonly used austenitic stainless steel in the chemical process industry. The addition of molybdenum increases general corrosion resistance, improves chloride pitting resistance and strengthens the alloy in high temperature service. Through the controlled addition of nitrogen it is common for 316/316L to meet the mechanical properties of 316 straight grade, while maintaining a low carbon content.
Instructions for 3/8" Hydraulic control line
The 3/8" hydraulic control line is mainly used to inject chemicals into oil and gas wells. That is, the 3/8" hydraulic control line is connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, and the descaling is performed through the 3/8" hydraulic control line and the chemical injection valve. Chemical agent is injected from the surface into the oil tube at a certain depth down the well, which effectively removes the scaling of the oil tube and ensures the normal production of oil and gas fields.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
