1/4" Inconel 625 ni-cr hydraulic control line (coil) is an Austenitic super alloy with nickel as the main component. Originated from the strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium solid solutions contained in nickel-chromium alloy, it has ultra-high strength and special anti-fatigue properties from low temperature to 1093℃, and is widely used in aviation industry.
At the same time, the alloy has high formability and is easier to weld than many nickel alloys. The alloy is resistant to intergranular corrosion even when welded. From low temperature to 980℃, it has good tensile and fatigue properties, and it is resistant to stress corrosion under salt spray atmosphere.
