Control line is normally used to operate surface controlled subsurface safety valves. Tiptop specializes in providing control lines that can meet the specific requirements of each customer. The control line with ASTM specifications can be offered in wide range of metallurgies. Encapsulated control line is also available which can improve the crush and abrasion resistance of the control line. Encapsulated control line is available in several configurations and materials to suit the customers' special requirements.

The 3/8” hydraulic control line tubing is mainly used to inject chemicals into oil and gas wells. The 3/8” hydraulic control line tubing is connected to the downhole chemical injection valve. And the descaling agent is injected through the 3/8” hydraulic control pipeline and the chemical injection valve from the ground into the downhole tubing so as to make the oil and gas fields produce normally.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, as well as connecting lines for instrumentation control systems of large oil and gas field drilling and oil extraction equipment.

4 .100 % Hydrostatic Test or 100 % NON - DESTRUCTIVE Test ( ET or UT )
5 . Radiographic Test for Welded Pipe ( shall be accordance with specification , or shall be as agreed upon between the purchaser and vendor )
