2205 Duplex ASTM A789 SS Hydraulic Control Line Tubing 3/8" OD

A control line for operating a subsurface safety valve is generally controlled surface. Our control line dedicated to a specific control requirements to meet each customer. The control line conforming to ASTM specification can be used in various field of metallurgy. Encapsulated control lines may also be used to improve the anti-wear control line and pressing. 

The product is mainly used for injecting chemical agents into the wells. Connecting 3/8 "hydraulic control line to the downhole chemical injection valve, a certain concentration cleaning chemicals can be led into the chemical injection valve further from the surface into the underground pipeline via the hydraulic control line tubing to effectively remove fouling.

3 . Mechanical Properties Test Include Tension Test,Flaring Test ( For Seamless tube / pipe ) / Flange Test ( For Welded Pipe & Tube ) , Hardness Test , Reversed Flattening Test

4 .100 % Hydrostatic Test or 100 % NON - DESTRUCTIVE Test ( ET or UT )

5 . Radiographic Test for Welded Pipe ( shall be accordance with specification , or shall be as agreed upon between the purchaser and vendor )

6 . Straightness Test ( optional )

7 . Roughness Test ( optional )

8 . Intergranular Corrosion Test ( optional )

9 . Impact Test ( optional )

10 . Grain Size Determinations ( optional )
