Product Description
Tiptop is specialized in providing alloy steel coiled tube, alloy steel control line, alloy steel continuous tube.
The nickel content in Alloy 825 provides resistance to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking. The nickel, in conjunction with the molybdenum and copper, also gives Alloy 825 tubing great resistance to reducing environments, like those containing sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Aiding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is one of the chief benefits of the molybdenum. Resistance to a variety of oxidizing substances such as nitric acid, nitrates, and oxidizing salts comes from the chromium content. Titanium, often with heat treatment, serves to stabilize the alloy against sensitization to inter granular corrosion.
Our coiled control line tubing has the following advantages:
High efficiency
Self-contained equipment without the support of rig (land).
Save operation time and cost without well-killing
The fluid can be pumped continuously when Lifting and lowering tubing
Reduce the possibility of formation contamination
Especially used for producing oil and gas Wells (no kill fluid entering the formation)
It can be used as a conveyer medium for tools in highly deviated and horizontal Wells.
We have a complete range of product specifications and materials, products are fully in line with industry standards. See the following table for details:
